As Director of Decosimo Recruiting, LLC, Kathy Lane specializes in the recruitment and placement of finance and accounting professionals throughout the Southeast across a wide range of industries.

Prior to launching Decosimo Recruiting, Kathy was the internal recruiter for the Decosimo CPA firm where she coordinated the recruiting efforts for the regional firm's eight offices and expanded the company's university recruitment program. Her success with the firm's internal recruiting led her to start Decosimo Recruiting, LLC and open up her talents to other companies in the region who need help finding qualified finance and accounting candidates to enhance their financial teams.

Kathy, once a top producer for a multi-billion dollar international staffing company, certainly has the experience and resources to meet the employment needs of clients and candidates alike.  Her 15 years of accounting experience combined with a decade of recruiting and placing qualified candidates have enabled her to build lasting relationships with hundreds of key decision makers in companies throughout the region, as well as qualified professionals who are eager to further their career.  

Kathy is a member of the American Society of Women Accountants, the Association for Certified Fraud Examiners, Chattanooga Tax Practitioners, the Institute for Internal Auditors, the Institute for Management Accountants, the National Association of Colleges & Employers and the Society for Human Resource Management. Kathy serves on the Board of Governors for the Walden Club and is a member of the Chattanooga Women’s Leadership Institute.
